I started going to Wisdom’s Fitness about six months ago and I’ve been loving it. This style of workout is the only thing I’ve ever done for exercise that I enjoy and look forward to going to. The coaches , Wisdom and Jordan, really get to know everyone’s abilities and are always tailoring the workouts for us. And they foster a really nice, welcoming atmosphere. Classes are an intense 30 minutes and then it’s over, and that’s enough to make a big impact. I started seeing changes and feeling stronger within a couple weeks of joining, and in 6 months I’ve lost about 30lbs and feel healthier and stronger than I have in years. And the best thing about it all for me is that I found something I want to stick with. That makes me more optimistic about my long term health and fitness than I’ve ever been able to be in the past. Wisdom’s fitness is perfect for the busy Mom, Nana etc!!! flexible schedules but mostly it feels like family!! It's personal and you feel at home day 1! The workouts are NOT easy, but at the of bootcamp you realize WOW i just did that!!!

I’ve been going to Wisdom’s Fitness since 2017. The Boot Camp classes are 30 minutes and you definitely get a good workout in that amount of time. All the trainers walk the walk and talk the talk; sometimes, they’re working out along side us and other times they’re pushing us to make our workouts more challenging. Whether you’re looking for help with healthier eating, working out with modifications or accountability, they offer all that and then some. I would recommend Wisdom’s Fitness to anyone looking to improve their fitness. The positive energy and results have kept me coming back year after year.

My husband and I have been members of Wisdom's Fitness for a year and a half, and it has been a wonderful experience. I especially appreciate that the workouts are offered at various levels of intensity. The initial evaluation helps determine the appropriate starting point, which I find very considerate. In contrast to other boot camps I've tried, where I felt overwhelmed, Wisdom's Fitness allows you to begin at your own pace and gradually progress. The coaches, Wisdom, Jordan, and Debbie, are all excellent; they provide plenty of encouragement while also being mindful of individual limitations. I am pleased with my progress and look forward to continuing my fitness journey.

Met wisdom back in 2020 and it has been a journey of healing and weight loss! In 2021 I lost 50 lbs! I kept it off for a few years and had moved to OC. I had a bad back injury in 2023 and ended up gaining some of the weight back, tried several trainers locally and just none of them as good as wisdom and Jordan. My back has slowly healed since my injury in 2023 but I was limited on the physical activity I could do, including yoga 😔😅. Rough times. I reconnected with Wisdom at the end of 2024 and have been back in the virtual/in person groove with him since then. My back continues to get stronger and my energy has improved. I am able to finally do more consistent walking, workouts and yoga, which I am so grateful for. Still have some weight to lose from here but can feel my strength coming back 🙏. Highly recommend working with wisdom, Jordan and the whole team. You won’t regret it.

From lacing up gloves as a kid to building one of the most respected boxing programs in the area, Coach Rasheed’s journey has always been fueled by passion, discipline, and a drive to uplift others. What started as a childhood love for the sport grew into a lifelong mission: to use boxing as a vehicle for physical transformation, mental toughness, and personal growth.

Rasheed spent his early years learning the fundamentals of boxing: footwork, discipline, grit, and self-belief. Over time, that dedication evolved into competitive experience and an even deeper understanding of the sport’s power to change lives. Today, as the owner and head coach of Cape Fear Boxing, Rasheed brings that same energy to every class, every member, and every workout.

He’s built a training environment where all ages and fitness levels feel welcomed, challenged, and supported. Whether someone is stepping into the gym for the first time or preparing for a real fight, Rasheed’s coaching style blends technical skill-building with motivation, accountability, and genuine care. His mission is simple but powerful: help people transform their bodies, sharpen their minds, and become stronger versions of themselves through the art of boxing.
