Accountability Coaching

Group Workouts
Boxing Boot Camp (CORE, Strength Training, Boxing and more) so you can burn a ton of calories each week while never seeing the same workout twice.

Healthy nutrition plans based on the foods you enjoy. We teach you how to balance healthy foods with everyday life so you don’t put weight back on after your “diet” is over.

Weekly goal setting and tracking with our medical-grade Body Composition Analyzer to hold you accountable while also knowing exactly what’s happening with your body as it changes.

Competitive Boxing & Kids Boxing programs!
My 10 year old son started at Cape Fear Boxing this September and it has been one of the most fulfilling experiences for him, and our family. In the past, he has struggled with building friendships. It has been incredible to watch him make new friends and witness the way in which the kids help each other in meeting their goals. They make him feel like he belongs. This program teaches the fundamentals of boxing, and so much more. He is learning a wide range of skills, such as: hand eye coordination, athletic endurance, sportsmanship, footwork, and timing. But more than that he is learning self discipline, confidence, positive ways to cope with stress, and decision making skills. At home, he is choosing to practice jumping rope instead of playing video games. He has been committed to getting better each week. He was even recognized at school for running without stopping in gym. Two months ago, he would not have been able to do that. My son has ADD. This program has helped him learn focus and self control. The coaching staff is the BEST! They truly care about all of the kids. They help them reach new goals each week. We are so thankful that we found Cape Fear Boxing. I recommend this program to any family with children in the ILM area!

First, let me tell you about the overall environment of Cape Fear Boxing, from the time you walk in the door, you're greeted by name, or nickname in my case. You are encouraged, and pushed to reach your full potential. I have not only lost 6 pounds of body fat in 28 days, I have found an entire community of people who want me to succeed in my fitness journey. I have NEVER been to a gym, so starting out I was a little intimidated, but that feeling was short-lived. I have great coaches, who break it all down for me. Basically, what I'm saying? Cape Fear Boxing's youth program has been so important to our family. The last several months have been amazing for my 9 year old son, and he has grown in so many areas- especially confidence and attention. He has made wonderful friends and this has been exactly what he has needed since his dad passed away in 2022. Absolutely not! The length of your membership is based on your goals and where you’re at now. 12 and 24 month memberships are NOT client-centric and our gym is all about our clients and their success!
We got you. We understand getting started is the hardest part. We’ll take it one step at a time. Step 1, come in for a “no sweat intro” and have a chat with us. No working out, no sales pitch, we’re just going to talk about your goals, that’s it. If you’re excited about what we talk about, we’ll move on to Step 2. No pressure, we’re coaches, and we’re here to help.
